About Me
My Story
In the late 80s when I married, there was very little published on high conflict personalities, character disorders, narcissism and the cycle of domestic violence. I spent many years trying to find logic in behavior that was outside of the norm. I had a high view of marriage and as a Christian had a hard time accepting the inevitable.
Finally, after years of trying to "stay well" with my integrity intact, I realized that this was not a marriage. The cruelty and bizarre behavior meant I needed to "leave well". I knew this was not a normal divorce, but my goal was to get out safely. I want to help other women escape destructive marriages. I have since been studying these disordered individuals. I believe with this knowledge and my experience, I can help.
